VetCheck 24/7 is a video consulting service with whom we have partnered using the Medechat system, that is a convenient, low stress way to get veterinary advice, anytime, anywhere.
Perfect for general and after hours advice, initial consultations, after surgery follow ups or any behavioural issues you are experiencing.

How does it work?
Booking & Confirmation
Book an appointment online at a time that suits you and enter your details. You'll receive a confirmation of your appointment time and a reminder 15 minutes before the time.
Video Consultation
Join the consultation and have your pet ready to be examined by the vet face-to-face during the video chat. You and your vet can share screens so your vet can see any images or video of your pet and you can see things like x-rays and blood tests.
Treatment Plan
The vet will email a summary of the appointment and any treatment plan that should be followed. They will also advise if they recommend an in-clinic appointment. Everything gets imported to your pet’s clinical history for continued care.
What do I need to connect?
It is recommended you use a laptop, tablet or smart phone as these generally have a built-in camera and microphone to make connecting easy. Be sure to give access to your camera and microphone to your browser and Medechat’s website when asked.
The larger your screen and the faster your internet connection, the better the experience will be.
