Policy

To avoid impact to the health of other pets who need to be seen, we kindly require you to advise us if unable to make your scheduled appointment time by calling us: Bankstown 9790 1101 or Boundary Road 9584 9608.
Cancelation/Rescehduling Notice Requirement: 24 hours
Cancellations within 24 hours and failures to show up will be charged a failed appointment fee.
Repeated late cancelations or appointment failures may require us to seek prepayment for appointments.

Why 24 hours notice?

We often have very busy days and these can result in us being booked out and having to turn some patients away.
Over the years, there has been a very large increase in the number last minute cancelations and appointment no-shows. In fact, we have had days where 2/3 of our appointments have canceled at the last minute or not turned up.
To assist avoiding these, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelations.
